Freshwater Fish Andinoacara Pulcher - Electric Blue Acara

Description

These are 2-month-old Electric Blue Acaras. Currently about 1" in length, and tank bred. These fish have a reputation of living up to 8-10 years in captivity, These fish can be semi-aggressive, although they are much less aggressive than most cichlids. They can get up to about 6"-7" in captivity, and it's recommended you have a tank that's 30+ Gallons for a full-grown pair. They prefer temperatures between 72 and 82 degrees Fahrenheit, (a decent number of aquarium heater brands sell devices preset to 78 degrees.) This batch has been fed with a mixture of cichlid pellets, freeze dried foods, and frozen blood worms. Shipments to US only (excluding Alaska, and Hawaii). Shipping companies require overnight shipments for live fish.
