For order-related issues, Light Fish recommends contacting the seller directly as the first step. Sellers with messaging enabled will have a "Message" button visible on their profile, as shown in the screenshot below. If the seller does not respond or the "Message" button is not available on their profile, please email us at support@light.fish and include your order number.
For all other inquiries, please email us at support@light.fish, and we will respond as soon as possible. In most cases, you can expect a reply within 24 hours.
