Guppy grass makes an excellent addition to any freshwater community aquarium. Its delicate, fern-shaped foliage offers ample hiding spots and engaging areas for fish (especially fry) and shrimp to navigate and seek shelter. As a rapidly growing water plant, it's a favorite in the aquarium world, appealing to novices, seasoned hobbyists, and professionals alike. This fast growing plant is easy to care for and does not require CO2. It can be buried in substrate (or tied to rocks) and it will establish roots, or it can be left to float at the surface where it will quickly grow in to a floating forest. Our plants are vibrant and cultivated in active aquariums stocked with guppies, neocaridina shrimp, and ramshorn snails. Every portion is rinsed before shipping and includes cuttings of assorted lengths totaling 1 oz – roughly the amount that fills sandwich bag.
