If any livestock arrives dead on arrival, you have 2 hours from delivery to file a claim.

- Upload photos of the affected livestock through the link.
- We'll review your claim and issue a refund coupon for approved DOA losses.
Light Fish sends a reminder ~30 minutes before the window closes. Coverage is automatic on every livestock order — no opt-in needed.

Absolutely amazingly beautiful FISH. The way the fish were packed were amazing. It was individually packed stress coat in each bag insulated box and newspaper wrapping one of the best companies and ways I’ve ever seen Fish shipped. I highly recommend everybody buys from the seller the fish eat instantly out of the bag too, which was as everybody knows a great sign.
We ordered two female koi bettas, and they arrived happy and healthy! Fantastic packaging and they arrived quickly! Thank you for the nice communication on receiving them :-)
