Although the shipper was having issues with his shipping account, he was very responsive and professional. The guppies I got were gorgeous and in good condition. The only thing that I would advise is that he used fiberglass insulation in the box - wonderful insulation don’t get me wrong! Wished I had gotten a heads up before I tore that box up.
