Note: You will get around 1.5 cup worth of healthy Guppy grass. Weather and temperature are checked at your area to see if the package will be delayed. DOA Policy: If we believe that the fish/Shrimp/Plant is not okay to be shipped out due to health concerns, we will let you know and refund the item(s) or offer a replacement to complete the order. If any fish/Shrimp/plant arrives dead, we require two clear photos. Two photos need to be taken while the animal/Plant is still in the unopened bag/container, with the shipping label in clear view.  These pictures must be sent within 2 hour of the time of delivery posted. We will check the timestamp on the tracking number to confirm the time of delivery. No exceptions. We will need 24 hours to process your claim. A refund will only be issued for what arrived DOA (dead on arrival). In the unfortunate case that the shipment is delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged in route, the buyer is responsible to file a claim with the shipping company.
