Description
Great little African cichlid with a big personality. Very entertaining to watch as they will rearrange the substrate and interact with each other. Shell dwellers can be aggressive towards other species and do best in a species only tank with lots of shells, we buy empty escargot shells that we boil before putting them in our tanks and try to keep 3 shells per fish. Shell Dwellers will readily breed given the right conditions. We will do our best to give a good ratio of male to female but cannot guarantee sex.
