Mid-grade Neo-acclimated Boa Caradina Shrimp

Mid-grade Neo-acclimated Boa Caradina Shrimp Logo

Description

Mid-grade Neo-acclimated Boa Caradina Shrimp! These beautiful, hardy "BOA" Caridina Shrimp have been living and breeding in Neocaradina parameters. Generally Caradina Shrimp prefer more acidic waters with a lower GH and KH, but these BOA Shrimp are thriving in more common parameters, associated with Neocaridina Shrimp. This means you will have an easier time acclimating them without needing to lower your tanks GH, KH or pH. BOA shrimp display a cape like pattern draping down their abdomen, with mesmerizing spots swirling their torso or "carapace". They can display metallic sheen and more colors as they age. Upon arrival, these sub-adults typically measure around half an inch (.5 inches), showcasing unique patterns that are further enhanced against dark substrates. Due to increased resilience during transit, we prioritize shipping juveniles over adults. Happy Shrimping!
