Some larger and more delicate species are required to ship via Overnight. We do not offer pick up at this time. Orders are shipped Monday-Wednesday from our holding facility located in Phoenix, Arizona. We currently cannot ship Light Fish orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Etc. We ship to the Continental USA only. All purchases are covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee as well as Light Fish Purchase Protection. If anything arrives DOA (dead on arrival), submit your claim with photo evidence within 2 hours of delivery. Approved claims receive a store coupon for the order value.
