Salvinia Minima
Description
Salvinia minima is a fantastic small-medium floating plant that requires very little care. Only requiring medium-high light and occasional fertilizer supplements (optional), this plant easily reproduces and creates a beautiful mat of light green, fuzzy leaves. These plants are great additions to any shrimp tank or community tank adding surface area for microalgae and biofilms for the shrimp to feast on while eliminating excess nitrates and ammonia in the water. These plants also provide great coverage for fish/shrimp fry to hide in. Sold as 2 oz. portions full of Salvinia. (May include Malaysian Trumpet Snails or eggs).
