Common Water Lettuce Handful

Hello, I'm an aquarist located in Syracuse, (Central) NY. I'm glad to offer high quality freshwater plants, fish and snails for sale. My biggest goal is to keep endangered or at-risk aquatic species in the hobby.

Pistia stratiotes (Water lettuce) is a versatile floating plant which has a distinctive appearance. It has fan-like, rounded leaves that are a light green color and are covered in fine hairs. Water lettuce also has long, trailing roots that hang down into the water. A handful will contain approx. 7-13 pieces, sized small, medium, and large in a sealed, hydrated zip-lock bag. Handled & inspected with care but may contain snails.
