I am so pleased to say that my new Midnight Blue Moscow Guppies arrived safe and sound. I think they were exhausted by the journey - they have rested quietly for a day or two. But they are eating and beginning to explore. Thank you SO much for the two bonus babies and even some greenery. I could not be more pleased!!!!!
Fish in great condition Delivery was fast and accurate
Delivery went very well ! All guppy fry arrived alive and well. Box was well insulated and with heat pack inside. I will order from them again
Fish were not insulated well enough. They were delivered very cold but still alive Bag leaked and soaked the box. Shipping needs attention
I use a very dense insulating foam inner box and high quality heat packs. Sometimes it’s just too cold , but I’m glad your fish survived. Thanks for your high ratings on your other orders.
