That means no mass produced unhealthy fish, and no need for the hassle of a transshipper or their hidden shipping fees. Payment: All parts of the payment process will be done through Paypal Invoices. Shipping: Shipping is done via USPS Priority mail to the Lower 48 United States only. I will only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure animals do not get stuck at the post office over the weekend. Heat packs are available for $3 if your temperatures are expected to be below 50 degrees, please let me know if you need them. I offer full DOA coverage in the rare case of accidents during shipping. Refunds will be provided based on deceased animals, or a replacement sent free of charge depending on buyer's preference. In the event of a DOA issue, please send me pictures of the unopened bag within three hours of the first delivery attempt. If you do not request a heat pack and your temperatures are below 50°F, I will not refund for DOAs.
